- Head southwest on Lakeway Dr toward Dragon
- Turn right onto Dragon
- Turn left onto Rough Hollow Dr
- In 1.1 miles, turn right onto Highlands Blvd
- In 1.9 miles, at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Bee Creek Rd
- In 6 miles, turn left onto Pace Bend Rd S

From Austin, TX:
- Head South on Mopac (TX-1 Loop S)
- Take the exit toward US-290 E/TX-71 E/Southwest Pkwy
- Turn right onto Southwest Pkwy

When our HOA said they were going to start fining us for having our motorhome out front, we had to move it. I'm so glad Atex storage is so close!!
This is a new, secure, and clean facility with a bunch of different size spaces. The family who owns it is very responsive and overall, it's been a smooth and easy experience for us to store our motorhome.
The place has amenities that any RV owner would appreciate as well like a dump station, water and high pressure air station which adds to the overall value.
