Our address is 914 Pace Bend Road South, Spicewood, TX 78669. We are less than five minutes away from Briarcliff Marina on Lake Travis.
Can I use the facility at any hour?
Yes, you can. Whether you need to store a large motorhome after hours or want to get your boat out on the water as early as possible, you will be able to do so at any hour or time of the day. We provide 24 hour gate access.
Can I use the RV dump station?
Absolutely. The benefits are many of having access to a good RV dump station. We provide a dump station on site, as well as air and water stations, to make leaving and coming home from RV trips as easy as possible!
How far are you from Lakeway, TX?
We are 10 miles away, meaning you can reach us after an 18-minute drive via Bee Creek Road. Those who live in Lakeway will love our convenient location for boat storage, 1.5 miles from the Briarcliff Marina boat ramp!
Can I store my boat indoors?
You sure can. Our enclosed & covered parking units can accommodate pontoon boats, jet skis, fishing boats, and many other vehicles. Don’t hesitate to ask us for more information.
Are the outside spots covered?
We have both covered and uncovered parking options. Depending on your needs, you will be able to reserve a space that allows you to achieve your vehicle storage goals with ease.
Can I store a large motorhome?
Our facility can accommodate all sizes of RVs. It doesn’t matter if you own a Class A motorhome or a Fifth Wheel RV of any size, our enclosed and covered storage spaces will give you a safe, 24-hour accessible place to store your vehicle. All spaces have 14 ft. height clearance.
How do I contact you?
Call hours are between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm CST (Monday through Saturday) and between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm (Sunday). Our RV/vehicle/boat parking spaces are close to Briarcliff, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Horseshoe Bay, and Austin, TX.
